Event Info
What:
A memorial workout event/salute to those who have been KIA. Why: Because of our common belief that they deserve our gratitude,
and tribute.
When:
The 2013 Maltz Challenge will be conducted on Friday March 22.
How:
Can be conducted at any park or gym with minimal equipment as noted in structure.

400 meter run
50 pull-ups
100 meter Firemen's Carry or 200 meter Farmer's walk (50 lb. Dumbbell for men, 25 lb. Dumbbell for women)
50 dips
100 pushups
50 knees-to-elbows
100 sit-ups, feet anchored
